We have been welcoming international students since 1995. Our centres are run by qualified teachers and experienced staff who are committed to delivering clear, effective and enjoyable English lessons.

English UK is the national accredited English language teaching association in the UK dedicated to quality and safety in education. We're proud to be a member of English UK as well as being a part of Young Learners English UK, their special interest group dedicated to safeguarding young people as they learn English.
Our Approach to Learning
We follow a simple and effective learning process:
1. Initial Assessment
When you arrive, you complete a placement test and speak with a senior teacher so we can place you in the right class.
2. Blended learning
You learn through classroom lessons supported by our online e-learning platform, which you can use at any time.
3. Regular Feedback
Teachers review your progress and help you focus on the areas that need more practice.
4. Homework and self-study
Optional tasks help you strengthen your skills and learn at your own pace.

Our social programme is another opportunity for you to practise using your English skills outside of the classroom.
Each week, the schedule for each Centre’s activities and excursions is posted on our Instagram story, as well as being available on the noticeboard/timetable in the student services.
The fun in-centre activities and exciting excursions available to you are different each week, and you’re sure to have a great time.
At Twin we provide 24-hour emergency support to all students.
When you arrive at our centre, one of the first things we do is give you a student ID card with contact details for any support you might need written on the back. If you have any non-emergency needs, visit student services and we will be happy to help.
The safety and wellbeing of students is our highest priority.
Our centres are accredited and our safeguarding standards are strictly enforced. We have a safeguarding lead on duty at each centre at all times, and all staff are vetted with country-specific police background checks.
