Meet interesting people, explore new cultures, and make new friends from all around the world by studying here at Twin. Check out our Instagram and Facebook accounts to start making connections!

At our London Centre, the Student Services team works hard to make sure all students have a safe, enjoyable experience both in and outside of the classroom.

Our safeguarding standards include the following:

  • A 15:1 student-to-staff ratio during lessons
  • A 24-hour emergency contact number
  • A Safeguarding Lead on duty in each Centre at all times
  • Police checks carried out on all staff

For students under 18, we ensure that:

  • A high level of support is provided, including a separate induction and weekly welfare tutorials.
  • Parents/guardians are informed of lateness or unauthorised absence from class.

You can read our full Safeguarding and Prevent Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy here.

Please note that if you are aged 16/17 and enrol on one of our courses, you will join a class of adult students. Students aged 16/17 are not normally supervised outside of class time and will be responsible for their own safety, although Twin will provide guidelines.
