Social Programme

Social Programme Overview

Twin’s social programme is fully packed with exciting activities that you can enjoy whilst you are not Studying hard in our English schools. We offer full day excursions and morning or afternoon activities, some of which are free; others cost an additional small fee, but all our trips will ensure that you get the most out of your time in London or Eastbourne, and make sure that you return home with some incredible memories.

Our social programme encourages you to: make new friends with other students who are also learning English, explore the UK and its culture, and practise your English skills in a practical English language speaking environment.

There’s something for everyone to enjoy and get involved with, such as: walking tours, pub nights, free welcome lunches, cinema trips, afternoon tea, trips to the museums, day trips to close-by stunning locations such as Oxford, and fun workshops and discussions at our Twin school.

London's Social Programme

We have included a range of free activities alongside our programmes. These social events give you the perfect chance to practise your English, meet other students and have fun in London.

There are plenty of things that you can do in London outside of our programme which are cost-friendly or are completely free! For example, you can visit one of London's many parks, take in the sights, visit museums and art galleries or even go on a guided tour.

View one of our Social Programme timetables to see what some of our students can do in London!

We also arrange excursions to a number of desinations around the UK, including the wonderful cities of Cambridge and Oxford.

Eastbourne's Social Programme

On weekdays throughout the year, cinema evenings and bowling are organised, as well as DVD and games evenings in the school. Pub evenings and parties are great opportunities to catch up with friends and meet new people. During the summer months when the weather is warm, students can go to the beach with friends to socialise, take a swim in the sea or walk along the pier.
