Twin provides quality homestay and residential accommodation at affordable prices for thousands of international students each year. We place great emphasis on finding safe, clean and comfortable accommodation where you speak to English speaking hosts and fellow students.
When you choose one of our English courses in Dublin, the next thing on your to-do list will be selecting the accommodation for the duration of your course. Our Dublin English students have many options when they study with us. We have trusted homestay hosts who are within easy travelling distance of the school.
Additionally, students who prefer more independent living can choose one of our residences which are available within walking distance. Residential accommodation comes in a number of options from single to multi-bedded rooms and shared, en-suite and studio facilities.

Homestay accommodation in Dublin
Accommodation is an important part of a student’s transition to their new life in Ireland. Homestay accommodation is great for students as it allows them to become part of the host's environment, practising their English at home, while learning more about the local culture. Our hosts are interviewed and carefully selected for the safe and welcoming environment that they offer.
Hosts are usually within 40 minutes travel time from school on foot or by public transport.
Please note that some homestays are provided by trusted local organisers.
Homestays for under 18s
- Students aged 17 and under can expect to share a room with another student
- The hosts treat the student like a member of the family, eating together and sharing the common living areas of the house together.
- Accommodation is generally full-board
(Please note students on an adult programme that are aged 16-17 may book half-board with parental consent.)
- The maximum number of students in the house is 4
- The house is clean and comfortable with adequate heating and lighting.
- A comfortable bed and study facilities are provided, with sufficient hanging and drawer space for your clothes
- Fresh bed linen and towels are provided every week
- Access to washing facilities and bathrooms on a daily basis
- Laundry once a week
Special Requirements
With advance notice we can cater for most types of special dietary requirements. Equally important - allergies and preferences, if stated, can be catered for.

Residential accommodation in Dublin
We have residences available within walking distance to both of our English Centres in Dublin. All of our purpose-built residences have been selected for the services and facilities that they offer. They provide students with the opportunity to have an independent living experience whilst staying in Dublin. Most of our residences have large communal areas, allowing students to socialise with their peers and learn more about various cultures.
